Seduce Beautiful Women – The Secret To Seductive Rapport

Saturday, January 7th, 2012

He peers closer. Yup. She’s got great legs and a beautiful smile. He walks over to her and asks,

“How’s your night going?”

“Good – really good,” she says.

“That’s good. Let’s see. So I’m a C++ programmer. I enjoy it the same way I enjoyed predicate calculus in college.”

She tries to interrupt him but he continues his tedium with, “I really enjoy history – especially the history of presidents. Clinton, Reagan, Carter, Nixon, Kennedy.”

Finally she interrupts him with, “I got to go to the bathroom.”

What happened? Why’d he lose her? Is he ugly, overweight, smelly, or a bad dresser? From reading how he interacts with women, you’d think so.

Oddly, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Believe it or not, Mike is 6′1″ and has a face that would make George Clooney envious.

He has impeccable hygiene and used to work in the fashion industry.

So why didn’t he get the girl?

Before we answer that question, let us explore the attraction gem we just unearthed: looks don’t matter.

A lot of less than average looking guys think that if they were good looking they could get any girls they wanted.

But that’s just not true as we have just seen. Mike is great looking. However, he failed to get the girl.

What was Mike missing?

While Mike has looks, he lacks the ability to build rapport with women.

His conversation topics aren’t relevant to anything the girl knows or cares about. He doesn’t take the time to relate to people.

If you want high quality women, stop focusing on your looks and start thinking about how you can relate to women.

Once you master the art of building rapport with women, you’ll be able to attract any woman you want. In fact, you will have an unfair advantage over better looking guys.

Use what you just learned and you will see a huge improvement in your success with women.

Tips For Expanding Your Kitchen Space

Sunday, October 9th, 2011

Cooking is akin to playing orchestra. The chef needs to manage and co-ordinate quite a few activities all at once including what is cooking on the stove, in the oven, prepare ingredients on the kitchen table, take out vessels that are required and use various equipments to grind, chop, mix etc. God forbid if the kitchen is small and has no adequate space to turn around, they will find it hard to get going.

Most people cannot imagine working in a kitchen without a center table. This is a must for doing all the pre work for cooking. But come to think again, may be it makes sense not to have a table and make room to move about.

Not to miss out on the kitchen counters. These are very useful and multi purpose too. Whatever chefs do on the kitchen table can be done on the counters too.

Though you need kitchen floor space, it is not for cooking or preparing fool sitting on the floor. It is unhygienic and not a practice that is convenient. Kitchen counters equipped with smooth table tops in granite, marble or some other strong tiles with the right height helps one cook day in and day out without having to bend or break the back.

However kitchen tables are always very useful and multi purpose that enable you to prepare the food at one central place without having to move about. Thereby you can use counters as storage place.

The chairs that come along with the table are also very useful to have many people sitting around and helping out with cutting, chopping, kneading etc.

But if your kitchen does not have ample room to accommodate the TABLE AND chairs, you can still do a work around. One can always opt for folding chairs and tables against walls that can be stacked away neatly and used only when required.

Having a buffet counter and spread would be a good idea if you want to save space in the kitchen. All you will need is a few stools and the rest of the people can sit where they feel comfortable.

Quite often we are faced with this no go situation where the kitchen is small and we have no space for a table but we want to have everything in place. Well this is where innovative solutions help us achieve what we want.

There are a shortage of nurses, so obtaining an online nursing degree is a lucrative choice for a career. There are several different levels of degrees that are attainable, depending on the level that one is interested in.

First, one can do choose to pursue a certificate or diploma. These are not as popular anymore and are not the fastest path to use to receive a nursing license. In these programs, the students work alongside nurses’ aides in the local hospitals while receiving a diploma. This can take up to three years to receive a diploma, but there is an upside. The upside is that most times, students will receive immediate jobs. Online nursing programs are offered at Kaplan University and University of Phoenix, both popular online schools.

The most popular choice for many is the Associate’s Degree. It can be earned in two years and opens many opportunities. All Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and some Registered Nurses (RN) have this degree. Many people use this as a stepping stone to purse their Bachelor’s Degree, while others use it to pursue their career as a nurse.

Another popular choice for many is the four year degree, Bachelor of Science (BSN). Nurses that choose this degree will have better paying job options. This is a popular choice for many RNs to continue on with. This is just an additional two years of school after receiving an Associate’s degree.

Time Saving Tricks You Can Use

Friday, July 29th, 2011

The older you get, chances there are times when you will regret all the time you’ve wasted. As you look ahead, time starts to take on a new meaning and you want to make the most of it. Here are a few ideas that help me to save time, and maybe it will help you to think of better ways to use yours.

The biggest time waster for me is watching television. Many times I’ll just flip through the channels when I am bored. Since there are only a few programs I really like to watch, I learned how to turn off the TV and do something else more engaging until those shows come on.

For the few shows that you make time to see, think about recording them. That way you can watch them when you want, and you can also fast forward through the boring parts and the commercials. Even if you just save a few minutes per program, it adds up quickly and you will be amaze at how much time you saved.

When we look at all the time we spend in waiting rooms, it is amazing how quickly it adds up. If you are a student, do some homework. If you are a writer, write. Being productive while waiting will allow you to accomplish many things while freeing up time later to do things that you want.

I also learned that by getting news and information online and downloading the podcasts and listening to them in the car also saved me time. The car radio is a huge time killer, and waiting through commercials to hear news can be better used.

Stay off your phone when you are driving as well. It is dangerous and you should always have your hands free.

These tricks have served me well in freeing up my time, and you will find ones that work just for you. Just take time to think about how you can make better use of the empty time in your day and you be surprised at how much you can save.

Tips For Buying Shoes As A Christmas Gift

Thursday, July 28th, 2011

During Christmas, there are many options to give as gifts to a woman and one of them that she will surely appreciate is a nice pair of shoes. However, selecting the right pair of shoes can be quite a challenge. Not only must you pinpoint her style, you’ll also have to make sure the shoes actually fit.

Buying someone else shoes is a lot different from buying yourself a pair. When you buy shoes you already know what style you like whereas when you buy someone else a pair, you really can’t be sure if you’ve captured their style completely. If you know the person pretty well, then you might have a pretty good idea on their taste and preference.

If you are thinking of buying a pair of shoes for someone you don’t know very well, then it might be better to scrap the shoe gifting idea and come up with another gift. There is no need to make life more complicated by getting the wrong style and size. It might just ruin your burgeoning relationship whether it is business or not.

In terms of importance, size would be the most desirable mark to hit. You can miss the mark on style, but if the shoe doesn’t even fit, it will be useless to the recipient. The best thing to do is ask the person their size and their preference.

Another issue to think about is quality. You want to select shoes that are made from quality materials as this will reflect the quality of your gift. Quality shoes will definitely last longer.

Giving cheap looking shoes that break easily is not very classy and can ruin a relationship. The recipient might think you don’t really appreciate them enough.

A great place to find a good pair of shoes without the hassle of having to physically shop around is through the Internet. There are many Internet stores who have a really good shoe selection. Plus, there are user reviews which can be a guide to the shoes you eventually are going to buy.

Online shopping also has the advantage of great discounts and some offer free delivery. A lot of people will only shop online now since they can get a better deal.

A Local’s List Of Vacation Destinations To Go When You Want To Leave New York

Tuesday, July 26th, 2011

If you live in New York, then you know how terrible summers here can be. The streets are crowded, and the heat is sweltering. Come the weekend during the summer, the last thing you want to do is stick around in Manhattan. Here some great weekend getaway options.

If you have access to a car, then you may want to consider heading upstate to a bed and breakfast. The Catskills are a beautiful place to visit. If you don’t want to go that far, try Crabtree’s Kittlehouse for a romantic getaway with a significant other.

Another option is to go to Fire Island. If you have never been to Fire Island, it is worth the trek. The island has its own climate system; so don’t pay attention to any forecasts, as it is usually good weather there.

The obvious choice for many New Yorkers when it comes to weekend getaways is to go to the Hamptons. Located out east on the south fork of Long Island, the Hamptons is a little alcove of wealth that provides for very fun summer weekends.

The Hamptons is broken up into several towns, but some of my favorites are West Hampton, South Hampton and Bridgehampton. These “villages” have the best towns to walk around.

If you are looking to go to Long Island, but the Hamptons aren’t your scene, look into the North Fork of Long Island. Towns like Greenpoint and Orient point are wonderful weekend destinations. The wine out there is excellent, as are the baked goods at Briermeir farm.

Cape Cod is another great option to get away for the weekend. You can take the train from Penn Station up to Boston and then its about a 45 minute ride from there. Or just endure the 3 hour drive.

If you find yourself sweating in your tiny New York apartment this summer with the air conditioner blasting, consult this list and get out of the city.

Thursday, July 21st, 2011

Every parent knows that a new baby is a wonderful occasion but also brings a growing list of expenses that can make life challenging. Fortunately, there are ways to cut costs and still provide your baby with the essentials he or she needs. With a few smart tips, you can save money on such items as diapers and formula which you probably will be buying a lot.

You can expect to buy a lot of diapers and formula if you’re not breastfeeding. These are two items that you may be able to buy in bulk. You often save money if you buy the largest size of an item. If you find a product you love, try buying it in large quantities instead of individual bottles or boxes.

Sure, you will end up paying more for the product initially, but you will save over time since the cost per unit is usually reduced. There are savings to be had online, as well or you may want to join a warehouse club. They often offer significant discounts on items you may need.

Don’t be fooled by name brands. Generics are often just as good as name brands for a fraction of the price. Some may even be better than name brands. Don’t hesitate to try generic brands in some of the products you need on a regular basis. You may be surprised by how similar they are to the name brand items. It’s worth giving them a try.

Diapers are one item that you should definitely try to save money on. You will probably be using a lot of them over the next three years. Try the store brands, bulk stores or ask your pediatrician if they can provide any free samples.

Coupons are another way for parents to save cash. Look for them in the Sunday newspaper, flyers and online. They may also be available at stores.

Watch for store sales and stock up on frequently used items when prices are rock bottom. If you have an eagle eye for savings your will see the difference in your budget.

If you’re looking for other ways to save money, try using powdered formula instead of the liquid or better yet, breast feed your baby. If you’re brave, you may want to try using cloth diapers.
